Your Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content in Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) across multiple social media platforms.
• Enforce community standards, ensuring a safe and positive online environment.
• Interact with users by responding to comments, inquiries, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Analyze community interactions to derive insights and improve engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with fellow moderators and management to streamline processes.
• Report trends and feedback to clients about community dynamics and user engagement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of moderation activities and interactions.

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English, both orally and in writing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and community guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on user experience.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively multitask.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
• Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is advantageous.
• A strong interest in social media trends and community engagement strategies.
