NetSuite Solutions Architect (ERP):
We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Solutions Architect with a minimum of 12 years of experience in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in integrating CPQ (Configure Price Quote) modules and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) using the Conga tool, along with excellent technical and functional understanding of QTC (Quote to Cash) and PTP (Procure to Pay) processes within ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of NetSuite ERP solutions, specializing in integrating CPQ modules, CLM, QTC, and PTP functionalities.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the NetSuite platform.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and integration mappings.
Configure and customize NetSuite to meet client-specific needs, including workflow automation, custom scripting, and data migration.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices for NetSuite customization and integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay updated on the latest NetSuite features, releases, and industry best practices to continually enhance our ERP solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in ERP systems, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite.
Proven expertise in integrating CPQ modules and CLM using Conga within the NetSuite platform.
Excellent technical and functional understanding of QTC (Quote to Cash) and PTP (Procure to Pay) processes within ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide innovative solutions within the NetSuite platform.
Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customizing and extending NetSuite functionality.
Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead discussions to gather requirements and define solutions that meet business needs.
NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant) is mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex ERP issues.
