About the Role:
A creative writer is needed to join our marketing team, working on various projects and bringing your creativity to life. The role involves providing marketing support, attending client meetings, and creating effective copy for newsletters, email campaigns, blogs, and social media. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience in BPO/outsourcing is a plus, and the team is open to new ideas and collaboration.

Responsabilities:
• Write our monthly newsletter, which may include interviewing clients.
• Create blog posts for our website.
• Create and post on our social media channels. Spend an hour a day on “response marketing” within our social channels.
• Work with our design team for imagery.
• Track posts to see what people are responding to, and adjust for engagement.
• Recognize trends and insights to help develop new ideas.
• Cooperate with internal teams to create content for landing pages with our developer, and email marketing and optimize the user experience.
• Work with our email marketing team on campaigns.
• Enjoy experimenting and trying out new tools, and AI short-cuts.
• Manage our external writing team as needed.
• Proofread all materials to be published.

Qualifications:
• Excellent creative writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in writing/marketing or a related field.
• Wiz at Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
• Have at least two years of working experience as a writer.
• Know how to create a social media content calendar.
• Comfortable posting within our social platform (Content Studio).
• Adept at response marketing for social channels.
• Versatile in project management tools, Clickup experience a plus.
• Technical research a plus – we love adding facts and figures to our content.
