What you’ll do

  • Be a servant leader for multiple teams in the Support area by guiding and inspiring high performing people in their career path and supporting growth opportunities for each engineer (training, learning materials, mentors etc.).
  • Define a way of working in the teams that enables high autonomy, high alignment and a streamlined customer support process;
  • Define recruiting objectives to acquire new skills, or create capacity to satisfy business needs, and competitiveness at team level;
  • Ensuring that support operations are smooth and drive technical initiatives that raise the bar for our support practices and in turn our customer service and experience;
  • Take accountability for technical delivery across your teams, collaborating with support engineers and the wider engineering organisation.
  • Ensure that the roadmap is successfully delivered, on-time and on budget.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in working with B2B SaaS products in a support environment;
  • Track record of leading Level 1 and Level 2 support teams operating 24x7 across different regions, cultures and time zones;
  • Ability to establish trust, transparency and accountability in your teams and with your peers;
  • Strong people management skills, able to understand people ambitions and align them to organisation needs and offer constant guidance and feedback for achieving them; proven track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing support teams;
  • Technical credibility and understanding of data tooling, techniques and best practises; 
  • Expertise in suggesting and implementing changes based on “connecting the dots” on things that come up repeatedly to find elegant solutions for them in close collaboration with the engineering teams;
  • Proven track record in delivering high impact projects;
  • Experience in excelling support operations;
  • Excellent written and verbal technical and personal communication skills in English;
  • Ability to simplify complex messages, switch between business and engineering language and adopt communication style based on the audience.

The base salary for this position is €6.700 gross (before taxes) monthly. This is a full-time equivalent target rate for Lithuania only. Actual rate offered will vary depending on the nature of the role and the breadth of skills and expertise the candidate brings to the role relative to existing Mambuvians.

For the rest of the locations where we advertise this role, the starting salary will be discussed during the recruitment process.
