Your Role
The position of K2 University Sales Associate involves the sale of various educational offerings in the K2U portfolio as well as the management and supervision of K2 Konnect, our digital platform for our business associate community. This is a sales focused role that incorporates marketing, account management and customer service and support amongst the skills required.
Responsibilities
Marketing and generation sales for K2 University offerings through social selling, social recruitment, traditional cold calling and educational webinars and other marketing efforts
Nurturing of K2U leads from discovery through to post purchase support
Review, qualify and validate consultants’ and clients’ qualifications for eligibility and fit for the various K2U offerings.
Monitor use of K2 Konnect for K2 University clients and contribute to content
Participate all correspondence to the K2U business associates involved in the program
Track data on the skills background of K2U registrants, their course of study and certifications obtained
Support in the organization of K2U consultant events and meetings
Contribute to the K2K platform with regard to specialized K2U groups and individual correspondence
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
At least one year of previous recruitment experience in an IT environment.
Previous work experience in target driven environments.
Genuine interest in technology and innovation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills & organizational skills.
Proactive, team-player, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Fluent English & Japanese (both speaking and written).
Adept at leveraging social media for lead generation, networking and social selling as well as active and social listening skills
Interest in digital platforms and the overall digital community as well as transformational technologies
Sales and marketing centric, analytical and ability to work in a fast paced continually evolving environment
Highly organized and possess an ability to prioritize a task list
