THE WORK
Collaborate with teams across design, engineering, and marketing to develop and deliver cutting-edge payment features.
Support the creation and refinement of product roadmaps, ensuring priorities align with both user needs and business goals.
Conduct market research to understand the latest payment trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape.
Coordinate product launches, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment across all teams.
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Serve as a bridge between stakeholders, gathering insights and helping prioritize features that drive value.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
1–2 years of product management experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Exposure to international payment systems or fintech platforms.
A strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
A basic understanding of UX/UI design principles to ensure user-centered product decisions.
A proactive attitude, with a keen ability to problem-solve and a strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
Familiarity with task management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
