Role overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented multitasker eager to kickstart a career in marketing. As our Junior Marketing and Digital PR Project Manager, you'll provide crucial support in campaign coordination, content creation, and other marketing-related tasks. Your role will involve prospecting journalists, managing outsourced database builders, and ensuring our outreach efforts are streamlined.

Responsibilities:
Plan and execute Digital PR strategies to gain high-quality links and increase Omni Calculator’s media visibility.
Own responsibility for developing campaign ideas and coordinating the idea-generation process within the campaign team
Create, maintain, and segment comprehensive databases of journalistic contacts (prospecting) that will lead to valuable coverage and links.
Monitor and analyze current media trends to identify great opportunities for coverage.
Work with the outreach specialist to monitor and gather do-follow links and mentions for Omni Calculator on the web, building up our position and increasing traffic to the website.
Assist the head of marketing in various marketing tasks, including campaign coordination, content creation support, and other related duties.
Continuously improve processes and outcomes through analysis.
Requirements:
Knowledge of developing digital PR campaigns aimed at securing high-quality backlinks.
Be able to anticipate potential challenges, identify opportunities, and develop proactive strategies to achieve objectives.
Knowledge of conducting market research and scenario planning to inform decision-making for campaigns
Organizational and communication skills for coordinating campaigns and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Experience in using data to make informed decisions that will drive strategies.
Able to maintain orderliness in tasks, information, and resources.
Have an excellent command of the English language (at least C1 level, both speaking and writing).
Due to GDPR, you must be located in the EU.
Nice to have:
A "journalistic" eye - you can tell what topics catch on and can identify popular trends across media with ease
Some experience in coordinating projects
Employment terms:
Contract type of your choosing - B2B or Contract of Employment
The first contract will be signed for six months
Salary (monthly):
EURO: 1 270 - 1 810 net B2B or 1 050 - 1 500 gross CoE
PLN (Poland-located employees): 5 400 - 7 700 net B2B or 4 500 - 6 400 gross CoE
Work equipment such as a laptop or headphones
Flexible working schedule, fully remote or hybrid, with the possibility of working from our office location in Poland: Mikołajska St. in Kraków

Recruitment process:
An introduction call with the recruiter where you will learn more about the position (30-40 minutes)
Task to evaluate your product and role knowledge (the case should not take more than 2-3 hours of work. You will have five days to send back your assignment)
Task follow-up + role-related interview with our Marketing Manager and CEO (90 minutes)
Cognitive Ability and Culture Fit Interview with our COO and Head of HR (90 minutes)
Finally, we may ask for references from your previous employers.

How long do we process your data?
Most of our advertisements concern positions for which we are constantly recruiting. The selection of a given candidate does not close the recruitment process.
