Junior IT Business Analyst

Wandoo Finance is hiring a Junior IT Business Analyst to:

• Assist in transforming complex business requirements into functional IT solutions.
• Support the strengthening of our IT department.

About the job: Business requirements in Fintech change frequently. They can get a bit unclear and overwhelming, but that’s where you come in! You will assist in transforming these requirements into something tangible and user-friendly. You’ll create requirement documents that both IT and business teams can understand and use on their own.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in engaging with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements.
• Helping translate business needs into technical tasks and communicating these to the IT development team.
• Contributing to the creation of functional requirements, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and design specifications.
• Creating and maintaining internal documentation, manuals, and specifications to support system and process clarity.
• Participating in the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. C

The requirements for the role:

• Some experience or academic background in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Quality Assurance.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Good technical writing skills.
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts is a plus.
