We are looking for International Talent Acquisition Freelancers (work from home) to join our recruitment teams and oversee our full-cycle recruiting of multilingual candidates. Are you a top performer? Then you can get a management role + double fees + quarterly and annual bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the manager to identify ongoing needs

Job post the vacancies in diverse international platforms

Headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

Screen the candidates that fit the required profile

Plan and execute preliminary interviews

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Follow up candidates until they are hired for the client

Requirements:

6 months - 2 years experience in sales, cold calling, sourcing;

Experience rwith BPO roles (customer services, marketing, sales representatives);

Familiarity with Social Media, resume Databases and Professional Networks;

Experience working with the European market;

Minimum availability of 30 hours per week (from morning to afternoon preferably).

English and other European languages (Dutch, German, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish)
