We invite a talented and proactive Project Manager with solid experience in presales activities to join our Engineering Presales team at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll help us win new projects, support existing clients, and set up successful sales. You’ll work closely with our delivery and operations teams throughout the presales process, ensuring seamless coordination and effective outcomes.

  • 3+ years as a Project/Presale Manager
  • Strong presales leadership and client negotiation skills
  • Experience with international clients; proven ability to turn customer vision into product results
  • Skills in prioritizing stakeholder expectations and meeting timelines
  • Basic technical background and ability to drive technical conversations
  • Knowledge of SDLC and methodologies
  • Hands-on project management and delivery experience
  • Proven process and team performance improvement expertise
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Desirable:

  • Proposal development, initial discovery calls, and estimation skills
  • Domain-specific expertise (fintech, healthcare, hospitality, etc.)

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll handle various exciting and challenging tasks to ensure the success of our presales efforts. You’ll use your skills and expertise to drive new collaborations and strengthen existing client relationships.

  • Conduct discovery calls to gather client requirements and align their needs with the company’s expertise
  • Plan and estimate projects accurately, help form and manage the presales team
  • Prepare necessary documentation at each stage of the presales process
  • Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to clients
  • Offer technical/functional presales support, addressing client objections competently
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including development teams, analysts, QA engineers, and PMs
  • Communicate deliverables, estimates, timelines, and quality to clients to manage their expectations effectively
