Inbound Calls Associate, Graveyard shift. (Eng/ Spa) for an Immigration Law Firm

Needs to hire 1 Freelancers

The Inbound call Associate, receives and makes calls to offer them an appointment with the intake specialist. This role aims to ensure that we provide the best service to our potential clients. It is a full-time position requiring 40 work hours per week with two days off. The position offers a salary base plus commissions.

Schedule: Availability for a rotating schedule including weekends, to be assigned after hiring. Must be available between 10 PM and 7 AM any day of the week.

40 hours per week, 5 days a week, 8-hour shift ( Lunch hour not paid).

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Meet minimum sales performance standards to maintain satisfactorily
standing with the job role
-Receive calls from potential leads to sell consultations
-Schedule consultations for the intake specialists
-Receive payments through the case management system
-Send information to clients through the case management system or
email
-Follow up with clients to schedule their consultation with the
firm
-Review missed calls from previous days and review social media leads to engage all leads showing prior interest.

-Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
-Bilingual (Spanish-English)

Education and Experience

-High School Diploma or Similar
- At least two years of experience in a similar position and one year working remotely.

Physical Requirements:

-Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
