Dedicated team with a high focus on quality and collaboration 
You will be part of a dedicated HR consultancy team of six people. Together with the rest of the HR Shared Service Centre, the consulting team is part of the overall HR department of 15 people. Our HR team covers a wide range of expertise and collaborates with a spirit of mutual respect and encouragement.

You will support a wide range of very different entities, including LEGO House and LEGO Fonden, where employee types, terms and policies vary from company to company. Every day is very versatile and full of exciting challenges.

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure a professional and consistent operation and provide professional sparring to the rest of the HR team as well as managers and collaboration partners in the companies we support.

Your tasks include, among other things: 


  • Preparation of employment contracts, addendums etc. and support on legal matters  

  • Follow-up on onboarding and offboarding processes 

  • Support on mobility cases 

  • General support on the hire-to-retire process and our HR annual cycle  

  • Preparation of surveys, analyses and reporting  

  • Preparation of job adverts and administrative recruitment support 

  • Communication, policies and guidelines

The right candidate for this job is open and service-minded and thrives in a complex environment, where there is daily interaction with many different stakeholders. You find satisfaction in coordinating and following-up on daily activities with new tasks continuously coming in from the entities we support.

It is important that you have the ability to balance quality and speed of execution and handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally. You are curious and inquisitive and ready to familiarise yourself with new areas of work.

You can also identify with several of the following qualifications: 


  • Relevant education and experience 

  • Solid understanding of Danish employment law 

  • Interest in numbers, systems and data 

  • Structured and detail-orientated 

  • Independent and proactive with a high level of accountability 

  • Fluent communication skills – both written and verbal – in Danish and English
