 Fetcherr is at the forefront of revolutionizing the airline Revenue Management domain with their Large Market Model, which is a proprietary GenerativeAI based micro decision-making business tool. Fetcherr’s Generative Pricing Engine has made headlines across the industry, helping achieve a solid client base and garnering several awards as the hottest AI startup in the Airline industry. Following a large VC-backed investment round, they are looking for a driven and experienced Head of Sales to lead their EMEA efforts, bringing innovative solutions to airlines across the region.

 Role Overview:

The Head of Sales (EMEA) will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to develop relationships in the airline industry, with the ultimate KPI of adding new airline clients across the EMEA region. The Head of Sales will oversee the daily sales activities in his or her area, meet major clients, write sales reports, design effective sales strategies, and strive to position Fetcherr as the most sophisticated and advanced AI company in the industry. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Co-develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals in the EMEA region.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key airline executives and stakeholders, understanding their needs and positioning Fetcherr’s product suite as the solution of choice.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Product, Data AI and Operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and integration into product offerings.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Fetcherr at industry events, conferences, and forums, enhancing the company’s presence and reputation in the EMEA region.

Must Have:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably within the aviation or travel technology sector.
  • Previous experience in dynamic pricing and airline revenue management systems a big plus.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably on high-ticket contracts (7-8 figures).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Cultural Awareness: Experience working within the EMEA region, with an understanding of its diverse business cultures and practices.
  • Tech-Savvy: in addition to proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, the candidate needs to have a knack for technology, including an underlying understanding of AI and use-cases to which AI could achieve substantial business impact.
