ICONIC21 is expanding their commercial team and is looking for a Head of Business Development
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Reach the commercial goals and metrics that align with the ICONIC21 vision, mission, and objectives;
- Manage BizDev operations to support commercial strategy and plan;
- Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with prospects and customers worldwide;
- Demonstrate and articulate the ICONIC21 technical and operational solutions and their business value effectively;
- Generate and maintain an accurate pipeline and make timely sales forecasts;
- Be the key person in the region who is in charge of all sales and support activities;
- Expand the clients' pipeline and grow their accounts;
- Maintain existing relationships, overseeing account activities, and pursuing growth opportunities;
- Attend all regional professional events to generate leads and present the company's products;
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Tech teams to reach the targets and satisfy the partners' needs.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in the relevant industry (content/product provider for casino operators) as a Sales / BizDev manager;
- Hot list of local partners;
- Outstanding mastery of creating a sales pipeline and holding the negotiation process;
- Pro level of usage of necessary tool sets such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, trackers, etc.;
- Experience in conducting market research and data analysis;
- Excellent spoken and written English (B2-С1).
