A-ha!

Nice to e-meet you!

Before anything, we are ambi.careers, a dedicated recruitment agency (and soon, a non-tech talent marketplace), designed to connect non-tech professionals with exciting job opportunities in startups, scaleups, and innovative tech companies.

Cliché phrases, empty corporate statements, lack of empathy ... we don't like that. After years within the executive recruiting industry, and with the valuable experience of creating startups from scratch, we are tired of the commonplace, lack of efficiency, or overpromises.

We combine the best in technology solutions for recruitment worldwide to help our clients, in whatever way makes the most sense for them.

The job

It is really simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients' demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle recruitment for specific jobs. So if you feel like generating extra revenue (from 20 to 40% of the position gross fee per placed candidate - around 500 to 1.000 euros per closed job) working remotely within a completely autonomous schedule, and have the chance to be part of something big, apply and let's have a virtual coffee! Important to reinforce, that this is a success-based freelancing role, paid by closed jobs.

The job is for you if...
You have previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter

You speak fluent English. Most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.

You have a growth mindset. You are also contributing to building ambi.careers from the beginning, so new opportunities could appear in the mid-term.

You have some extra time that you could invest in this, not just 15 minutes a day.

The job IS NOT for you if...

You hate speaking with candidates and clients.

You don´t like the idea of freelancing or getting success-based commissions

You are arrogant and don´t know what empathy is

Again, English is a must, and another fluent language would be awesome. It's also quite important you have previous experience as a freelance recruiter!
