Role Overview

We are actively seeking an energetic and dynamic Controller to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of controlling operations and supply chain organizations, playing a key role in shaping our reporting and accounting processes. As a vital member of our team, you will bring enthusiasm and expertise to contribute to the overall success of our financial operations. Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct value-added analysis to assess factory efficiency.
  • Execute daily production control activities in the ERP system (JDE).
  • Contribute to the month-end reporting process and provide explanations for variances compared to the budget.
  • Play a key role in coordinating and facilitating forecasting activities.
  • Participate in the yearly standard costing update.
  • Assist the production manager in the CAPEX process.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control systems by performing dedicated month-end closing activities.
  • Identify and support process improvements and automation initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in both English and German.
  • Results-oriented with a hands-on attitude.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power Pivot is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Cognos and JD-Edwards would be beneficial.
