Role Description: Provide support to the design team. Your primary goal is to help them with administrative design tasks to make the team more efficient and productive.
This will include areas like:
Sample Tracking.
Record Keeping.
Alter Sketches.
Creating and updating style packs using Adobe Illustrator.
Proactively improve the design team’s systems.
Transition all systems and processes to Notion.
Maintain the Design SOP.
Skills / Experience Needed
Exceptional organization and self-management.
Basic competence in Adobe Illustrator. (if not can be taught)
Basic competence in Notion. (if not can be taught)
Fast learner, can solve problems independently.
Fluent in English, and advanced written communication skills.
Comfortable navigating and editing spreadsheets, and web apps.
