Experian Marketing Services Compliance & Privacy team is a part of larger NA Data Office led by the Chief Data Officer, and is responsible for ensuring the Business Unit is operating in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, industry self-regulatory guidelines, building and maintaining a superior governance program and operational risk policies, and guiding the product and sales team to create/offer compliant products/value propositions. The role involves working alongside Corporate Compliance, Corporate Audit, Legal, Product, Sales, Data Acqusitions and his/her counterparts in the other NA Business Units to ensure compliance of all cross-business unit efforts/innovations.
The ideal candidate is results-oriented, comfortable and effective at working with Executives across the business that looks at challenges with a creative mind-set and has a track record of accomplishing objectives in a complex global business.
