Storyteller is a high growth B2B SaaS platform, which allows companies to integrate Stories into their owned and operated platforms. Popularized by Instagram and Snapchat, Stories are perfectly suited for boosting user engagement, audience retention, and driving advertising revenue. For customers, building their own stories experience can take years and a lot of investment however Storyteller has solved this by allowing companies to integrate in days, not years all for one monthly cost. RESPONSIBILITIES


We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is eager to learn, has bundles of energy and is keen to work in a varied role supporting the CEO on all sorts of tasks across the company. The ideal candidate would soak up all the learnings the role has to offer and have ambition to one day progress within the company with more responsibility or in an area they show aptitude for.


What can you expect?

  • Liaising with the CEO daily to understand their priorities and be deployed on a variety of task
  • Carrying out ad hoc tasks such as research projects with high level of attention to detail
  • Developing a strong understanding of the company, our clients, their industries
  • Managing the CEO’s calendars to ensure that their time is focused and prioritised
  • Attending client and internal meetings, taking detailed notes and parsing into action items
  • Ensuring the CEO has the appropriate briefing and documentation for meetings
  • Handling communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO when appropriate
  • Learning workflow tools and assisting with process design and automation
  • Organising and co-ordinating travel and accommodation when required
  • Once you know the role well, using initiative and prioritisation to manage your own time rather than relying on tasks set by others
  • Sometimes being deployed to projects to provide extra support to other teams within the company on particularly time sensitive tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organisational skills and an aptitude for systems and process

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and appetite to learn

Nice to have:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience using online project management software such as Jira and/or Airtable (don’t worry if not - as long as you have an aptitude and hunger for learning new software, we want to hear from you!)
  • Experience communicating directly with customers
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, SDKs & APIs

SALARY


Up to Β£30,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
