The role of Sales Operations is a support function to the sales team, removing barriers to enable the sales organization to run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives.

As Sales Operations Director you will lead the Sales Operations Team at Solenis Pool Solutions and will work closely alongside all sales representatives and sales management to assist in all support areas of sales.

What you will do…

  • Communication between sales representatives, sales management and leadership teams and often working on several sales opportunities and projects at once across multiple business units whilst ensuring the customer deadline is met.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and Customer communications.
  • Assist with the analysis and strategy of potential and existing clients.
  • Attend regular sales meetings, providing updates to the sales team on opportunities on which you are supporting.
  • Contribute to team discussions around process improvement initiatives.
  • Skilled in collaborating with multiple internal teams and ensuring internal and external deadlines are set and achieved.
  • Provide support/training where required to salespeople and Customers, relating to processes and systems.

In order to be successful in this role you must have the ability to multitask in a timely and effective manner and have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to assist internal and external personnel with inquiries, schedule and run meetings, and overall sales enablement. This is a very fast‐paced environment where sales support needs and excellent organization and communication skills are critical to this role.

What you will bring…

  • 3+ years’ experience required in a similar role such as Sales Support, Sales Operations with experience of working in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Goal Orientated and Collaborative style.
  • Excellent Communication Skills with confidence to communicate at all levels.
  • A collaborator with a high level of dedication.
  • Self‐starter and proactive way of working with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily.
  • Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
  • Experience collaborating with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred

This role is a remote position but will require up to 50% travel to client sites, trade shows or training around the US.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $155,625.00 and $217,875.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
