In this role, you will be the reassuring voice for Czech-speaking clients facing unexpected vehicle troubles. Your quick thinking and empathy will provide them with the support they need during stressful moments, all while you enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Athens.
Your Impact:
- Be the first point of contact for Czech-speaking customers needing assistance on the road.
- Quickly assess situations and provide clear, effective solutions.
- Collaborate with local service providers to ensure prompt and efficient assistance.
- Keep meticulous records of interactions and services provided to enhance client experience.
- Deliver comforting assurance and guidance to clients as they await support.
- Engage in various administrative responsibilities, including updating databases and service logs.
- Stay up-to-date with company protocols to elevate service standards.
Requirements - Fluent in Czech and proficient in English; additional languages are a bonus!
- Prior experience in customer service or emergency response is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skillsβboth verbal and written.
- A calm demeanor in high-pressure situations, coupled with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills, delivering solutions while keeping clients at ease.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
