Job Responsibilities:
- Being front line voice and ears of our company, providing customer support via calls and emails for our international clients and partners;
- Assisting clients and partners with existing reservations and questions before booking;
- Distributing requests among departments and teams;
RequirementsWhat You’ll Do:
- Advise clients: You will serve as thefront line voice and ears of our company, providing customer support via calls and emails for our international clients and partners;
- Communicate: Assist clients and partners with existing reservations and answer questions prior to booking;
- Work with systems: Distribute requests among departments and teams and log activity in CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
- English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
- Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
- Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
- Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.
