Customer Support Agent (Contract)

Our mission is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to successfully master a new profession, find their purpose, and become a valuable member of the tech industry. TripleTen is a remote-first organization, mirroring our students who complete our bootcamps in a remote environment.

We are looking to hire a Customer Support Agent to help students from our international cohorts (mainly from the USA) throughout the learning process, answering their questions, relieving their doubts, and solving technical issues.

• Help students by answering their questions in chat rooms and mail channels;
• Accompany the learning process, communicate with the student guidance team;
• Work with a large amount of information and structure it accordingly.

• Advanced level of English (C1);
• To be customer-oriented, enjoy helping people, and be able to multitask;
• A general understanding of the IT industry and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python.
• A diverse and close-knit global team spread across the US, Israel, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, and more.

• $1k - $1.1k payment on a monthly basis;
• 2/2 day shifts: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm CET;
• A comfortable digital office. We use modern digital tools — Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Notion, Zoom, Hubspot, HiBob — to make collaborating together seamless;
• A diverse and close-knit global team spread across the US, Israel, LatAm, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, and more.
