Responsibilities

• Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
• Respond to inquiries and deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and chat
• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of solutions provided
• Collaborate with different departments to address complex client issues
• Identify opportunities for service improvements based on client feedback
• Stay informed about product offerings and industry developments to provide accurate advice
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing insights and best practices

• Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in customer service, solutions consulting, or a related field is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify solutions for clients
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
