What you will do:


  • Verify night audit reports daily for 36 Bobobox branches, ensuring data accuracy and reporting discrepancies.

  • Collect and respond to customer reviews on OTA platforms and Google Reviews; extract insights from feedback.

  • Assist with branch training preparation and post-training evaluations.

  • Provide additional administrative support for the Customer Excellence department as needed to ensure efficient operations and task continuity.

You will fit in this job if you:


  • Final year student or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program, preferably in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related fields.

  • High accuracy and attention to detail, especially in reviewing audit data and verifying information.

  • Strong written communication skills for responding to reviews and coordinating training support.

  • Proficient in Ms Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with OTA platforms and customer service a plus.

  • Willing to adapt to a dynamic work environment and support tasks as needed.
