What you will do:
- Verify night audit reports daily for 36 Bobobox branches, ensuring data accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
- Collect and respond to customer reviews on OTA platforms and Google Reviews; extract insights from feedback.
- Assist with branch training preparation and post-training evaluations.
- Provide additional administrative support for the Customer Excellence department as needed to ensure efficient operations and task continuity.
You will fit in this job if you:
- Final year student or recently graduated from a Bachelorβs program, preferably in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- High accuracy and attention to detail, especially in reviewing audit data and verifying information.
- Strong written communication skills for responding to reviews and coordinating training support.
- Proficient in Ms Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with OTA platforms and customer service a plus.
- Willing to adapt to a dynamic work environment and support tasks as needed.
