Β is looking for remote Customer Service Virtual Assistants who will perform various administrative tasks for our clients. The ideal candidate for this role must be friendly yet professional demeanor, top- notch communication skills, and must be profecient in client management.

REPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain and update client files.
  • Ensure client satisfactions.
  • Converse with clients via phone or email.
  • Accurately answer client queries and deal with client grievances.
  • Redirect urgent issues to the relevant deparments.
  • Generate quotes for clients as and when requested.
  • Handle clients concerns and criticisms with patience.
  • Mediate returns and refunds and process them accordingly.
  • Inbox management. Receive, read and filter, and file customers email request.
  • Perform other duties related to Customer Service role as needed.Β
