Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
• Address inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions for follow-up and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to manage workload efficiently and exceed service targets.
• Keep abreast of product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements based on customer feedback.

• Fluency in Finnish; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Capability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
• Comfortable with using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive and positive mindset towards resolving customer issues.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse in a new culture.
