Community Manager

We are seeking a skilled Community Manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional with experience in social media, public relations, and promotional events, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be capable of creating engaging content. 

You should be a ‘people person’ with strong customer service abilities, adept at moderating conversations both online and offline within our community. Ultimately, you will represent our brand and manage all community interactions.

• Grow the karpatkey community;
• Build and maintain the karpatkey Discord and plan engaging monthly events in our Discord;
• Create written content for our community as required;
• Provide community content for our monthly newsletter;
• Identify influential governance leaders within our key accounts, and bring them into our community;
• KOL relationship management;
• Community reporting and metrics;
• Ad hoc research to support community content.

• Proven work experience as a community manager;
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing a newsletter);
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events);
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills;
• Hands-on experience with social media management for brands;
• Ability to interpret online community engagement metrics;
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels;
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field;
