Introduction:
One of the world’s leading LinkedIn Ads agencies is looking for talented, experienced and passionate Senior Campaign Manager to join its growing team. This is a mission-critical position that will manage and scale the Company ́s strategic clients and will report directly to the CEO. The Company is looking for someone with Paid LinkedIn Ads experience and proven success, agency experience and/or those who have also worked client-side at a B2B startup.

Responsibilities:

● You would be responsible for the day-to-day management, operation and comms of 6-8 global accounts.
● You will be speaking to your clients on a weekly basis, working internally on building the right strategy to help them win big, you will be analyzing their data and deriving insights and you will besuper proactive and radically communicative!

Requirements:

You should have most of this (but you don’t need to have it all):

● 2+ years experience running Linkedin Paid Campaigns;
● B2B Marketing Experience;
● Agency experience - A huge Plus;
● Data Driven;
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
● A can-do approach, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement;
● Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude and a record of excellence;
● You’re confident in running customer-facing communications and have proven success - A must;
● Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and embrace technology transitions;
● Ability to judge and quantify results of media efforts placed on behalf of our clients (i.e.,understand/describe impact of results, compare actual results to needs of client) and the ability to translate this data into a story;
● The ability to communicate and articulate a strategy/plan effectively - both internally and externally, in both English and Hebrew;
● A positive mental attitude;
● A strong desire to constantly learn and improve;
