We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to adapt and further develop the current business development playbook, and maximize our inbound and outbound sales opportunities.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

  • Hire, train, and lead a highly-effective business development team, inspiring ownership and accountability 
  • Develop the GTM strategy including how we target customers, prioritize efforts and resource to maximize account penetration for both Mid-Market and Enterprise
  • Build out and refine repeatable processes for outreach to close business in a freemium SaaS sales motion 
  • Lead a team of roughly 7 Business Development Representatives
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to define KPIs, measure the business accurately, and create motivating comp plans 
  • Work alongside GTM to build alignment between processes
  • Maximize effectiveness of the team, leading a coaching-first environment utilizing sales tools including Salesloft, Gong, and Salesforce among others

Here’s what we need from you

  • 2+ years of international SaaS  Business Development leadership experience
  • 2+ years of international SaaS  Business Development experience as an IC
  • Strong executive presence, with comfort presenting to senior leadership
  • High integrity leader with the ability to motivate
  • Globally-minded with the ability to communicate and relate with people across the globe
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, process-oriented, and entrepreneurial
  • Analytical approach to solving problems
