We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Consultant to join our team. The Business Consultant will play a crucial role in understanding and interpreting business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other applications, to support and enhance business processes.
• Lead and participate in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Analyse and interpret business needs, translating them into clear technical requirements and functional specifications.
• Gather, document, and maintain detailed business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
• Design and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
• Apply a strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes in the context of ServiceNow.
• Utilize agile methodologies and project management tools to manage and deliver projects effectively.

• Previous 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other applications.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
• Demonstrated interest in process design and optimization.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Scrum, Prince2, Kanban).
• German and English fluent (min. B2).

• ServiceNow certifications.
