Job Description

As a Bilingual Sales Executive at Naser, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential customers and ensuring the growth of our business. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming phone inquiries, creating effective phone scripts, scheduling services for our teams, understanding our supply chain and operations, and expanding our customer base through various sales and lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with potential customers in both Arabic (native) and English to provide a high level of service and address inquiries.

2. Phone Script Development: Create and refine phone scripts that can be utilized by the entire team to engage with customers and successfully close sales.

3. Service Scheduling: Efficiently schedule services for our technician teams, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely responses to customer requests.

4. Supply Chain Understanding: Familiarize yourself with our supply chain and operational processes to provide accurate information to customers and address their questions regarding services, pricing, and availability.

5. Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to existing customers to upsell additional services, and follow up with referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.

6. Lead Generation: Innovatively seek out and engage with potential leads, including existing customers, referrals, and new prospects. Continuously improve lead engagement scripts.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic native speaker with excellent English language skills).

- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a service-oriented industry.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to create and use effective phone scripts.

- Strong understanding of supply chain management and the operations of the company.

- Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, build relationships, and close sales.

- Innovative and resourceful in generating new leads and opportunities.

- Highly organized, with excellent time management and scheduling skills.
