What You'll Be Doing:


As a Bilingual Reservation Agent, you will play a crucial role in directly assisting the public with reservations and addressing a variety of related questions. We take pride in offering outstanding training and resources to ensure your success in a flexible and enjoyable work atmosphere. What You Bring to the Table:



  • Professional oral and written language skills in both English and French

  • Friendly demeanor and excellent listening skills

  • Patience in understanding and assisting customers with their needs.

  • Tactfulness and pleasant communication style

  • A natural knack for computers and quick learning of new software

  • Ability to think on your feet and communicate concisely.

  • Empathy in addressing customer concerns and fulfilling their needs.

  • 1 year of experience providing top-notch customer service to the public

  • Call center experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

The Details:



  • Start Date: January 6, 2025

  • Remote Orientation: January 2, 2025Β 

    • 10am to 3pm



  • Successful candidates will attend a two week paid training class

    • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm



  • Full attendance to training is mandatory.

  • Our hours of operation are 7 AM - 10 PM, 7 days a week.

  • After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 10-15 hours per week until call volumes increase

  • Office Location: Guelph, ON

  • End of Contract Date: October 12, 2025

  • The rate of pay is starting at $19.50
