About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on designing, building, and maintaining robust backend features that support our mission-critical business operations. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of professional experience, a strong foundation in Golang, and a proactive mindset.

While this position is Backend-focused, we value versatility—candidates who are eager to learn frontend development and evolve into a Fullstack Engineer will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend features
• Collaborate with the product department and cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with frontend and operational workflows
• Write clean and efficient adhering to best practices
• Optimize and troubleshoot backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Contribute to team discussions on architecture, coding standards, and technical improvements
• Actively learn and engage with frontend technologies to support Fullstack development when needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a backend engineer, with a proven track record of building and maintaining production-grade services
• Strong proficiency in Golang - A must
• Familiarity with relational databases
• Experience with RESTful APIs and/or gRPC
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to take initiative
• Willingness to learn and contribute to frontend development, with a goal to grow into a Fullstack Engineer
