B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B300) - East Sale VIC
As a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Jet Aviation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of our aircraft fleet. You will be responsible for aircraft availability, working closely with our skilled team to maintain and repair aircraft in accordance with industry regulations and best practices. Description/Tasks:
- Conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft and associated systems.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing aircraft defects and implementing corrective measures.
- Performing inspections, repairs, and modifications as per regulatory requirements.
- Documenting maintenance activities accurately and maintaining comprehensive records.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and timely resolution of issues.
Qualification/Experience:
- A valid and current CASA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License.
- Must have a type rating and/or experience working with King Air B200 or B300 aircraft.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working on various aircraft types and systems.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, airworthiness standards, and safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Proficient in using aircraft maintenance manuals, technical documentation, and computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work in support of customers, but predominately Monday-Friday, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
