The Role

As a key member of the Operations team, this role is focused on partnering with our senior leaders on all things People & Culture (P&C)Β  related. This role will report into our Chief of Staff (Head of Operations), to drive impactful initiatives that will positively enhance our employee experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle. You’ll manage a very wide range of operational projects that are of strategic significance for Colossyan, most of which will be P&C-related, such as rewards and benefits, engagement, offsite coordination all while helping to cultivate a culture of collaboration and growth at Colossyan.

This position offers a great opportunity to work on high impact initiatives that will influence the entire business, while also supporting teams day-to-day in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities



  • Business Partnering: Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic people insights that support business goals and enhance team effectiveness.


  • Employee Value Proposition: Oversee the refinement of our employee value proposition ensuring we are competitive, sustainable, and nurture our amazing company culture


  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring that both remote and in-office employees feel connected and valued.


  • Internal Communication: Lead the development of clear, consistent communication strategies that keep employees informed and aligned with company goals; this will include work on OKRs


  • Support for Senior Leadership: Provide insights and guidance on people-related matters to senior leadership, helping drive decision-making that supports a high-performance culture.


  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Ensure that DE&I principles are embedded in all people processes, contributing to a welcoming and inclusive workplace for all employees.


  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize our people programs, from onboarding to engagement, and proactively suggest improvements that enhance the employee experience.


  • Talent Development: Collaborate with managers to identify development opportunities for employees, creating programs that support career progression and skill enhancement.


About You



  • Business Partnering Experience: Proven experience working closely with senior leaders to drive people strategies that align with business goals.


  • Rewards & Benefits Expertise: Knowledge of rewards and benefits management, with the ability to design and implement programs that attract and retain talent.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and build relationships at all levels.
