Associate Business Analyst

• Work experience: 1-2  years.
• Having completed or undergoing a Bachelor's degree in IT or Business. 
• Having completed or undergoing a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Experience in the insurance domain will be an advantage.
• Ability to conduct thorough research & analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a global team.
•  Ability to understand customers' market presence and fit between their product/solution offering with the market requirement.
•  Comfortable working in a global services delivery environment, capturing client requirements, as-is system, documenting and passing it to the global delivery teams for implementation.
