What you’ll do

As an Application Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the Mambu Delivery Team, which is part of Customer Success Services organisation. As an Application consultant you will interact a lot with Mambu customers and will have an opportunity to learn Mambu inside-out with full understanding how Mambu customers are using our products.

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Work as part of the team to implement and support the Mambu platform with digital lenders, startups, microfinance organisations and new business units of traditional banks.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives. Conduct needs assessments and gather detailed requirements to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Support the customer team with the setup, configuration, testing, and deployment of Mambu applications. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data.
  • Provide comprehensive training to customers on the functionalities and best practices of Mambu applications. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, solution engineering, and customer success, to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure customer success.

What you’ll bring

  • You have deep knowledge of consumer and/or business lending and deposit products and operations, acquired through experience in the banking or FinTech industry. Knowledge of payment processing would be a plus.
  • You have a consultative mindset of listening, understanding and anticipating customer needs.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in delivering presentations and training sessions.

The base salary for this position is €4167 gross (before taxes) monthly. This is a full-time equivalent target rate for Lithuania only. Actual rate offered will vary depending on the nature of the role and the breadth of skills and expertise the candidate brings to the role relative to existing Mambuvians.
