We are looking for a talented Animation TD with enthusiasm to join our great team on the exciting new project, Animated Feature TAD 4!!
You will be responsible for ​helping the animation artists to solve technical problems and to maintain the efficient workflow for ​our Animated feature.

First of all, you're probably interested in knowing that...we offer 100% remote work!

• Interacting and offer guidance to animation artists, to solve technical problems throughout all phases of production.
• Work closely with the Pipeline Supervisor to design, develop and maintain animation production pipelines.
• Ensure the smooth integration of various software tools and systems used in the production process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the animation pipeline.
• Create and maintain custom tools and scripts to streamline the animation process.
• Collaborate with artists to identify workflow inefficiencies and develop solutions.
• Ensure tools are user friendly and meet the needs of animation team.
• Act as liaison for communicating technical issues to Production, R&D and IT.
• Develop department tools and processes to meet production needs.
• Conduct training sessions to familiarize the team with new tools and technologies.
• Document workflows, tools and best practices for the animation team.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently in a fully remote environment, with that comes the supreme individual responsibility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and maintain your own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great team player, create a collaborative and welcoming environment.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and within budgets, adhere to the production schedule and deliver completed assignments on time.
• Align with the style, sensibility of the project and the Director vision.

WE WILL MAKE THE PERFECT MATCH IF YOU HAVE:

• +3 years of experience in animation or VFX production, with a strong technical background.
• Proficiency in programming languages such a Python, C++ or MEL.
• Strong understanding of animation software as Maya, Houdini, Blender or similar.
• Experience with pipeline tools like Shotgun, RV or similar.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and implement it effectively, to reach the quality desired.
• Anticipation and quick reaction for problem solving.
• Demonstrate great autonomy and proactivity in your work.
• Great attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills.
