Internal Process Automation: Identify and analyze internal processes, then utilize AI and LLMs (large language models) to automate tasks and streamline workflows.
Data Insights Utilization: Analyze data to extract actionable insights and translate them into strategic plans for automating operations and optimizing workflow.
Automation Excellence: Lead efforts to automate business processes within our product ecosystem, leveraging AI technologies to boost productivity for both employee and customer journeys.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams including Engineering, Customer Support, and Operations to understand requirements, identify automation opportunities, and drive implementation.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the processes, track key performance indicators, and iterate on solutions to drive ongoing improvement.
B2B SaaS Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a SaaS company (B2B), with a deep understanding of AI technologies and tools and their practical applications.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in working with data, including data analysis, interpretation, and visualization. Proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier is a plus.
Workflow and Process Automation: Strong background in operations and workflow management, with a proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions to streamline business processes.
Resourcefulness: Capable of utilizing AI tools to achieve automation goals, thereby helping to keep the team small and agile.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate insights from data into actionable plans to drive operational improvements.
