Role Overview

Would you like to be part of our Shared Service Centre (SSC)?

Are you interested in using your knowledge and skills to support the integration of transit operations in 20 European countries?

Main Responsibilities

• Processing of requests to create or change suppliers in JDE
• Processing supplier invoices
• Reviewing the automatic document matching process in JDE
• Reviewing and posting business travel expense claims
• Posting of employee credit card payments
• Running the supplier payment process (including travel expenses) at country-specific frequencies
• Preparation of monthly AP related reconciliations (A/P, GRNI)
• Provision of required documentation for audits

What We Are Looking For

• A degree in finance or accounting
• At least one year of professional experience in finance or accounting
• Knowledge of English
