The Opportunity

Due to our continued success, we now have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking Account Support Admin to develop relationships and deliver a best-in-class service to our corporate clients.

In this role you will build client and customer relationships, support the account and sales managers in their day to day activities. You must have a passion for customer care, be an excellent communicator and have excellent time management and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities


  • Supporting B2B Sales function and clients through all stages of the sales cycle (processing to operational)

  • Responsible driving customer relationships to further develop opportunities while ensuring a consistent experience for the customer.

  • During customer interactions, offer industry insights, market intelligence and internal observations of the customer’s business that advances their priorities and opens new opportunities.
  • Adhere to monthly/quarterly accountability requirements and plan to achieve targets set.
  • Ensure that all levels of engagement positively contribute to the customer and to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure corporate strategies are fulfilled by collaborating with sales managers, operational team and finance.
  • Analyse existing and new business opportunities.
  • Supporting key clients in the day-to-day utility management of their portfolios.

Necessary Skills and Experience


  • Experience in a customer facing role.

  • Experienced in handling various stages of the sales cycle with a strong focus on after sales care.

  • Highly motivated with demonstrated experience of achieving targets.

  • Customer focused and experienced in building positive relationships and influencing decision makers to improve revenue and retention.

  • Problem solving by working through issues and offering solutions to clients.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent phone manners

  • Good attention to detail along with the ability to multitask.

  • Confident dealing with senior level internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work at speed and under pressure.


Desirable Skills and Experience


  • Good experience in Excel and Power point

  • Knowledge of the Irish utility marketplace, advantage.

  • Previous experience in administration role

  

What we offer:


  • On Target Earnings €40,000 

  • €30,000 basic salary, € 10,000 target related bonus
