The Role
Are you ready to level up? Do you dream of helping companies grow? If you have a background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and want to gain hands-on experience in implementing strategic marketing initiatives, you’ve come to the right place.
This is a rare opportunity to learn and gain experience in B2B SaaS marketing while making a daily impact on companies experiencing exponential growth. All hires will take part in a "probationary period" to determine if the role is a good fit.
At our company, you will support our ABM strategists as they create and execute ABM strategies to accelerate our clients' growth. You will be given real and impactful responsibilities that directly impact our clients' bottom line while gaining knowledge in areas ranging from high-level marketing strategy to the nuts and bolts of execution. The job will start with three (3) months of on-the-job training as you shadow an experienced ABM Strategist. You will work with clients, learn the consultative process, and gain an understanding of the standard of work expected. Following this period, you will take point on servicing our clients as their ABM Specialist, managing campaigns, and optimizing outcomes in creative ways.
Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Execute and manage campaigns through established channels.
- Provide campaign insights on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and key Personas during execution.
- Define the ABM strategy and execution plan for list building and paid support engagements.
- Identify successes and failures in campaign channels.
- Track metrics and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with ABM Associates for successful campaigns.
- Create and manage targeted account lists.
- Implement ABM strategies effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with campaign stakeholders.
- Support the ABM Strategist in campaign implementation.
- Client-facing: Frequently interact with clients to report campaign performance and provide training for outbound tools.
- CMO-facing: Report to CMOs on specific topics and provide training for sales teams.

We uncover impactful insights that raise our clients to new levels.
Our Ideal Candidate:
